Frans de la Haye works with his design studio DE LA HAYE DESIGN on a diversity of projects: from architecture to consumer goods. He believes in ‘Durability by Design’: design for a long and balanced functional, technical and aesthetic lifespan. Frans is one of the ‘founding fathers’ of the Faculty of Product Design at Eindhoven University of Technology and was closely involved with the Design Academy Eindhoven for many years.
